Insurance Fraud Detection with Automation: Aviva Case Study

In 2020 Aviva uncovered more than 12,000 instances of insurance claims fraud worth more that £113m. This was achieved by integrating Tungsten TotalAgility, with its OCR capabilities into its casualty claims fraud processes. Aviva Automation customer and Engagement Lead, Dave Warnes, explains how.
