KLM Prepares for Global E-Invoicing Mandates

For more than 20 years, Air France KLM has relied on Tungsten Automation to support its global invoice processing, managing 300,000–400,000 invoices a year across roughly 60 countries.

As e-invoicing mandates expand in markets like Italy and Poland, KLM is exploring new capabilities with Tungsten InvoiceAgility and leveraging Tungsten’s partnership with Sovos for future compliance needs. With such a long partnership, KLM is evaluating how Tungsten can support the next phase of its automation and compliance roadmap.
