Tungsten Import Service

Configure the Tungsten Import Services to “watch” specific folders, polling the location for the presence of any new documents on a customizable interval. Wherever a document originates, i.e., scanned in, faxed, or emailed – the Import Service automatically moves it into Tungsten Capture when it lands in the watched folder. Export Connector for IBM Content Manager

The export connector solution also simplifies the process of transferring data from a Tungsten environment to your IBM Content Manager. Map documents over to your OnDemand repository from any of Tungsten TotalAgility, Capture or Express. This solution supports transferring both PDF and TIFF files. A straightforward method of mapping keywords ensures that elements such as values, batch fields, and other document elements are integrated seamlessly into your document system.

Easily link TotalAgility or Capture to any of your preferred business applications or a centralized database.
