Ongoing debate in French parliament on timing of mandate

Over the past couple of weeks, there has been an ongoing debate in the French parliament regarding the timing of e-invoicing and e-reporting.

Despite the French Senate's approval of a revised implementation timetable starting on 1 July 2025, the government has introduced an amendment to restore the 2026 date.

Considering these uncertainties, we will continue monitoring developments around the timeline until the legislation is finalized.
