Extension of e-invoicing mandate scope

Italy has extended the scope of taxpayers subject to mandatory e-invoicing in line with the following:

1^st July 2022: E-invoicing is mandatory for all businesses exceeding a turnover of 25,000 in the preceding year
1^st January 2024: E-invoicing is mandatory for remaining businesses.

Tungsten Network implemented the e-invoicing solution to facilitate domestic transactions in Italy via the Sistema di Inters Cambio (SdI) in January 2019.
